Plan Interview
Meeting and scheduling appsPlan Interview is the scheduling product of the inter SL group. It is built for one specific person: the recruitment consultant who sits between a hiring company and a candidate and has to get the two of them in a room.
That is a harder problem than a calendar link. The consultant does not own either diary, both sides are busy, and every extra email is a chance for the process to stall. Plan Interview removes the back and forth without handing control to either party.

The product covers the scheduling half of a recruitment process and the public job board that feeds it.
- Three-party scheduling
- The consultant proposes, the company and the candidate confirm, and nobody has to see the other side's calendar.
- Automated confirmations
- Invitations, reminders and reschedules go out by email without the consultant chasing either party.
- A free public job board
- Clients of the planner publish their open roles at no cost, and applications land in the same place as the interviews.
- An external posting API
- Sister systems push job postings in over an authenticated endpoint, so a vacancy is written once and appears everywhere.
How it fits the group
Plan Interview is used inside the group before it is sold outside it. Wijse's consultants schedule through it every day, which is why the product tracks how recruitment actually runs rather than how a scheduling tool imagines it runs.
The job board works the same way. Roles from the group's own recruitment systems arrive over the posting API and are published without anyone retyping them.
Who it is for
Recruitment agencies and internal talent teams that coordinate interviews between parties they do not control, and any employer that wants its vacancies public without paying job-board rates.

Common questions
Who is Plan Interview built for?
The consultant in the middle. Most scheduling tools assume the person booking owns one of the two calendars. In recruitment they own neither, and the product is designed around that.
Does the job board cost anything?
No. The public job board is free for clients of the planner, and it is deliberately not the revenue model. Scheduling is the product.
